Sylva's Animation Factory Full Permissions License Agreement
In purchasing full permissions animations from Sylva's Animation Factory, you have agreed to abide by the terms set forth by this document. These articles are clearly posted and easily accessed by the buyer and the vendors do enquire prior to purchase whether or not you have read and agree to these terms.
Article 1: Understanding 'Full-Perms'
The term full-permissions is a term of convenience, as the flags that are used to indicate it are commonly referred to as 'permissions'. It in NO WAY implies that you have permission whether explicit or implicit to utilize them as you wish outside of the stipulations outlined in this document. It is the shorthand equivelant of saying Modifiable, Copyable, and Resellable/Transferrable, not 'do whatever you want'. While referred to as 'buying an animation', you are not, you are buying a license to use said animation within these terms.

Article 2: The Terms
In purchasing full-perms animations from Sylva's Animation Factory, you agree to the following limitations and rules:
1) You will not pass the animations to another player's account in 'full-perms' format. That is, they will be limited to no-copy or no-transfer flags.
2) You will not sell solely poseballs utilizing these animations. This includes any sort of 'poseball equivelant', such as hearts, pyramids, squares, or what-have-you. Poseballs ATTACHED to a larger build are allowable.
3) You will not attempt to or export these animations from the main Second Life Grid, Agni. This includes, but is not limited to your own hard drive via third party software, whether for backup purposes or for exportation to other grids, nor any other Grid operated by any entity, including Linden Labs. This also includes any sub-grid of the main grid which is not commonly accessable by normal residents of the Second Life Agni Grid.
4) You will not take any action which might represent the animations as your own creation. This is either by statement, implication, or circumventing the 'creator name' feature of the animation.
5) Purchasing full-perms animations, by whatever means, after being asked to cease doing so by Sylva Petrov or her controlling player in another avatar, is forbidden and automatically a violation of license.
6) You will price your products which contain Sylva's Animation Factory animations in accordance with fair competition practices and in a good-faith effort to maintain the value and reputation of the brand.

Article 3: Specific Allowances
To avoid confusion the following specific allowances are given firm definition:
1) Partnerships: This is the ONLY allowance for exchanging animations still in full-perms format between different player-owned avatars. This is specific to permanent and fully merged partnerships, not for the purposes of a single endeavor or project. The license is owned by the purchasing partner and ends for the non-purchasing partner if the partnership is dissolved for each animation in question.
2) Value-Added Poseballs: The animations can be sold in a 'only poseball' format if and only if the poseballs in question have abilities that represent a significant 'value added' capability beyond what normal poseballs offer. Xcite and Sensations, or equivelant systems do not qualify for this nor do any 'adjustment systems' or 'pose changing systems'. It is at Sylva Petrov's descretion to veto any proposed such application of 'only poseball' format products.
3) Promotional Pricing: There are three main versions of promotional items allowable under license in which minimum pricing may be waived. In two instances, they are limited in duration, in the third they are not:
A) Introductory Promotions: These are full-powered and featured items with your full array of appropriate stock animations within. Basically, a normal business offering of your store being discounted to get awareness up and out there. In this case, you may cut the price up to 50% of the normal minimum allowable price for up to seven days. Further, only one such item may be offered at a time and you must allow a 'cooling off' period between such Introductory Promotions of a minimum of twenty-one days. So, basically, 1 week of a SINGLE item on sale and then 3 weeks with none below minimum pricing.
B) Promotional Items: These are reduced feature items. They may feature no more than 1/3 of your overall offerings in a normal product line or a maximum of 9 animation sets (one menu-full), whichever is less. These have no effective minimum price. They may be offered for up to fourteen days (two weeks), or the duration of a cooperative sale event, whichever is greater. Only ONE such item may be offered at a time.
C) Gifts/Freebies/Perks: These are items intended to be given away, long-term to customers via a freebie giver or contest chair or what have you. They are limited to two animation sets and may NOT be featured on Xstreet. Only ONE such item may be given away at any given time which contains animations from Sylva's Animation Factory.
D) Charity Exemption: There is a final class, not normally listed, as it is very special, indeed. Articles sold PURELY for charity purposes may be discounted as desired, no matter the quantity of animations or duration of the sales period - though it must be a fixed duration of some sort. This assumes 100% of the proceeds are being channeled to the recieving charity minus a MAXIMUM of 10% for operational costs.

Article 4: Clarifications
Obviously, no one wants complicated formulas and such to arrive at final pricing. However, some math must be involved to ensure fairness and a maintenance of the brand's intrinsic worth.
Precalculated Minimum Prices
For you masochists out there who love math, you can calculate it yourself:
The formula used is this: Assuming 750L per animation average price for ALL purchased animations used in the build - not just those from Sylva's, but also not including any you made yourself. Divided by 50, divided by 1+(1/100th the number of animations) up to 3. This yields the absolute MINIMUM price. If you need to round to get a more appealing number. DO IT UPWARD.
Or in 'mathematics-speak' it is: ((number of animations*750)/50)/(1+(number of animations/100!)) !=with a maximum of 2 This formula is intentionally generous so as to allow for discount pricing, sales, specials, and such.
It is NOT intended to 'fix' pricing at some unsustainably high level. However, you should regard this as the minimum possible price and try to get more, for your own good, really. However your ability to do that will be determined by your skills, marketing, reputation, experience, and many many other factors.
